Description

A rich and luxurious no-bake dessert inspired by Ferrero Rocher, combining creamy mascarpone, Nutella, crunchy hazelnuts, and crushed biscuits for a decadent chocolate-hazelnut experience. Perfect for celebrations or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

200g digestive biscuits or tea biscuits

80g melted butter

300ml cold heavy cream

250g mascarpone cheese

100g powdered sugar

150g Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread

8 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, crushed

50g roasted hazelnuts, chopped

Extra Nutella for drizzling (optional)

Additional Ferrero Rocher for garnish


Instructions

  1. Crush the biscuits finely using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until well combined, then press into the base of a dessert dish or individual cups. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  3. Whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, blend mascarpone, powdered sugar, and Nutella until smooth and creamy.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture to keep it light and airy.
  6. Fold in the crushed Ferrero Rocher chocolates and chopped roasted hazelnuts until evenly mixed.
  7. Spoon or pipe the mixture over the chilled biscuit base and smooth the top.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours until set.
  9. Before serving, drizzle with extra Nutella and garnish with whole or halved Ferrero Rocher chocolates.

Notes

For extra chocolate flavor, substitute digestive biscuits with chocolate cookies.

Almonds can be used instead of hazelnuts, or nuts can be omitted.

Add a splash of Frangelico or Baileys for a boozy twist.

Serve in mini dessert cups or jars for individual portions.

Layer with chopped strawberries or raspberries for a fresh contrast.
