Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
5 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 package (3.4 oz) instant Jello cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping
Fresh strawberries or berries for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and instant pudding mix. Beat until fully combined and thick.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the filling becomes light and fluffy.
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
