Ingredients
2 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/8 teaspoon salt
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, caramel sauce, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined and the mixture is sticky.
