Ingredients
1 pound fettuccine pasta
1 1/2 pounds steak (ribeye or sirloin), thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups fresh spinach
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak strips and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
