Description

Ingredients

4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried rosemary (or preferred herb)

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy as is!

Notes

For extra cheesiness, sprinkle more Parmesan on the wedges during the last 5 minutes of baking.
