Ingredients
4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried rosemary (or preferred herb)
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy as is!
Notes
For extra cheesiness, sprinkle more Parmesan on the wedges during the last 5 minutes of baking.
Adjust seasoning to taste or swap herbs for variety.
