These Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls are soft, fluffy, and filled with a delicious peach filling, then drizzled with a simple vanilla glaze. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert, this recipe merges two classic favorites into one sweet treat that’s sure to impress.

Ingredients

For the Dough:

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet active dry yeast

1 cup warm milk

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp salt

2 large eggs

For the Peach Cobbler Filling:

2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

For the Vanilla Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture. Mix to form a dough, knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  2. Make the Filling: In a saucepan, melt butter. Add peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook for 5-7 minutes until peaches soften and sauce thickens.
  3. Shape the Rolls: Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread the peach filling evenly, roll tightly into a log, and cut into 12 pieces. Place rolls in a greased pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
  4. Bake and Glaze: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.

Notes

Make Ahead: The dough can be prepared the night before and left to rise in the refrigerator overnight.

Freezing Option: You can freeze the rolls for up to 3 months and reheat before serving.

Use Canned Peaches: If fresh peaches are not in season, canned peaches can be used, but ensure they are well-drained.
