Ingredients
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 ¼ cups old-fashioned oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
Optional: ¼ cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and egg. Mix until well combined.
