Description

Indulge in these no-bake peanut butter bars, a deliciously creamy dessert that combines the rich flavors of peanut butter and chocolate. Easy to make with just a few ingredients, these bars are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth or serving at gatherings.

Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 3/4 cups powdered sugar

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of peanut butter, melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar until smooth and well combined.
  2. Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly.
  5. Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is set. Once firm, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter for the best texture.

Make sure to chill the bars long enough for the chocolate to set completely.

You can add chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips for extra flavor.
