Ingredients
2 cups Fritos corn chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it.
- In a medium saucepan, melt peanut butter and sugar over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add Fritos to the peanut butter mixture, gently stirring to coat.
