Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate chips together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Whisk in granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until thick and glossy.
  5. Gently stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  6. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Spread brownie batter evenly into prepared pan.
