Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 ½ cups pecan halves, finely chopped

1 cup brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

6 to 8 tbsp melted butter

½ cup pure maple syrup

24 ounces chocolate almond bark


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, maple syrup, and chopped pecans. Add melted butter gradually until the mixture can be rolled into balls.
  2. Form 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Chill in the refrigerator or freezer for one hour.
  3. Melt chocolate almond bark according to package instructions.
  4. Dip chilled balls into melted chocolate and place back on the tray. Let sit until chocolate hardens.
