Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs or chicken breast
1 1/2 cups pickle juice
1 tablespoon chopped dill

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

2 cups cornflakes, crushed
1 egg, whisked

Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Add pickle juice and chopped dill, then marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.
