Ingredients
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream (optional, for serving)
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess grease.
- Season the meat with taco seasoning and water, simmering for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circular shape on a greased baking sheet, overlapping the wide ends in the center and pointing the narrow ends outward.
- Fill the crescent ring with the taco meat and sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold the pointed ends over the filling, tucking under the wide ends to create a ring.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with salsa, sour cream, olives, and green onions.
