Ingredients
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup chopped pistachios (plus extra for garnish)
A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
- Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt.
- Fold in chopped pistachios.
- Pour mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle additional pistachios on top, pressing lightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Remove fudge using parchment overhang, cut into squares, and serve.
