Description

Creamy pistachio fudge, rich and indulgent, is a quick and easy dessert perfect for gifting or enjoying at home. With nutty pistachios and a smooth texture, this recipe is as delicious as it is customizable.


Ingredients

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

1/2 cup chopped pistachios (plus extra for garnish)

A pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
  2. Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt.
  4. Fold in chopped pistachios.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly.
  6. Sprinkle additional pistachios on top, pressing lightly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Remove fudge using parchment overhang, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes
