Ingredients
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare – Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Mix the Batter – In a bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup (or honey), almond flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Liquid – Stir in almond milk until the batter is smooth. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake – Pour the batter into the prepared dish, spreading evenly. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
