This homemade Pumpkin Spice Sauce is the ultimate fall treat, perfect for adding cozy autumn flavors to your coffee, lattes, and desserts. Made with real pumpkin puree and a blend of warm spices, this rich and flavorful sauce is a must-have for the season. Easy to prepare and store, it brings the essence of fall into every sip and bite.

Ingredients

1 cup water

3/4 cup sugar

2 tbsp pumpkin puree

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/8 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Make the Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Add the Pumpkin and Spices: Whisk in the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves until smooth. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Finish the Sauce: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let the sauce cool slightly before using.
  4. Store: Pour the pumpkin spice sauce into a jar and refrigerate. Use within 1-2 weeks.

Notes

Adjust Sweetness: For a sweeter sauce, add more sugar as needed.

Consistency: If the sauce is too thick after refrigeration, thin it with a little warm water or milk.

Versatility: Ideal for coffee, lattes, desserts, and baking.
