1 box spice cake mix
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the spice cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth and well combined.
- Spoon the batter into a piping bag or a plastic zip-top bag with the corner cut off, and pipe the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the donuts comes out clean.
