Description

This quick and easy chicken avocado wrap is a healthy, satisfying meal perfect for lunch or dinner. Made with tender chicken, creamy avocado, fresh veggies, and a whole wheat tortilla, it’s a nutritious, flavorful option ready in just 10 minutes. Ideal for busy days or meals on the go.


Ingredients

2 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or sliced

1 large avocado, sliced or mashed

1/2 cup lettuce, shredded

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)

2 tablespoons ranch dressing or your favorite sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread the avocado (sliced or mashed) evenly over the center of each tortilla.
  3. Layer the shredded chicken, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheese (if using) over the avocado.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing or your preferred sauce over the fillings. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap them in foil or parchment paper for on-the-go meals.

Notes

To prevent the avocado from browning, add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice before assembling.

For added crunch, include sliced cucumbers or bell peppers.

Use lettuce wraps or low-carb tortillas for a low-carb option.
