Description

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened coconut cream

1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1 tablespoon orange zest

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Shredded coconut, optional for garnish


Instructions

  1. Zest the orange using a fine grater and set aside, then juice the orange and measure 1/2 cup.
  2. Add coconut cream, orange juice, orange zest, honey or agave syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a blender.
  3. Blend on high for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy, stopping once to scrape down the sides.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until set.
  7. Garnish with shredded coconut and extra orange zest before serving.

Notes

Use maple syrup instead of honey or agave for a deeper flavor.

Add a little lemon zest for a brighter citrus profile.

Top with toasted coconut for extra texture.
