Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened coconut cream
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Shredded coconut, optional for garnish
Instructions
- Zest the orange using a fine grater and set aside, then juice the orange and measure 1/2 cup.
- Add coconut cream, orange juice, orange zest, honey or agave syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a blender.
- Blend on high for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy, stopping once to scrape down the sides.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until set.
- Garnish with shredded coconut and extra orange zest before serving.
Notes
Use maple syrup instead of honey or agave for a deeper flavor.
