Ingredients
2 heads of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 ounces cooked and finely chopped beef
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the tops off the garlic heads, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap them in foil. Roast for 35-40 minutes until golden and soft. Cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper until smooth.
- Squeeze roasted garlic cloves into a paste and stir into the cheese mixture.
- Fold in chopped beef and half of the chives.
- Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with remaining chives.
- Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
