Description

Ingredients

1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)

1 cup Rolos, unwrapped

1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare Brownie Mix: Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix box. Prepare the brownie batter according to the instructions on the box.
  2. Add Rolos: Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased baking pan. Sprinkle the unwrapped Rolos evenly over the batter. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the Rolos.
  3. Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake according to the time specified on the brownie mix box, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
  4. Cool and Drizzle: Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan. If desired, drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cooled brownies.
  5. Cut and Serve: Cut the brownies into squares and serve.

Notes

For extra gooey brownies, slightly underbake them.

Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for a delicious dessert.
