Description

Ingredients

4 cups oyster crackers

3/4 cup unsalted butter

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla paste or extract

1 teaspoon kosher salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar and stir constantly until the mixture starts to bubble.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla paste (or extract) and kosher salt.
