Whether you’re hosting a party or enjoying a sweet treat at home, this Samoa Cheesecake will surely impress your guests and satisfy your sweet cravings!

Ingredients

For the Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:

24 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream

For the Topping:

2 cups sweetened shredded coconut, toasted

1 ½ cups caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until fully combined.
  4. Bake the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Prepare the Topping: Toast the shredded coconut in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Allow to cool. Spread caramel sauce over the cheesecake, top with toasted coconut, and drizzle with melted chocolate.
  6. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature cream cheese to ensure a smooth filling.

Add toppings just before serving for optimal texture and flavor.
