Instructions

    • Gradually add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, mixing well.
    • Pour batter into the mold and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Prepare the Chocolate Syrup:
    • In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and cocoa powder.
    • Heat gently and mix until warm.
  3. Soak the Cake:
    • Poke holes in the cake and pour syrup evenly over the top.
  4. Prepare the Passion Fruit Mousse:
    • Blend concentrated passion fruit juice, condensed milk, cream, and powdered milk until creamy.
  5. Assemble the Cake:
    • Spread the mousse over the soaked cake.
    • Chill for at least 3 hours or until set.
  6. Serve:
    • Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For the best flavor, let the cake chill overnight to allow the mousse to firm and flavors to meld.
