Ingredients

1 pre-made graham cracker crust

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar (for the filling)

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and mint extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually add the milk to the cream cheese mixture and continue beating until well combined.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  5. (Optional) Add green food coloring and mix until the desired shade of green is achieved.
  6. Spoon the minty filling into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
