Ingredients
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar (for the filling)
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and mint extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
 - In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
 - Gradually add the milk to the cream cheese mixture and continue beating until well combined.
 - Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
 - (Optional) Add green food coloring and mix until the desired shade of green is achieved.
 - Spoon the minty filling into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
 - Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
 - Before serving, garnish with extra whipped cream and green sprinkles for a festive touch.
