1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

1 bell pepper, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain fat.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook until tender.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper; simmer.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Cut biscuit dough into quarters and arrange over mixture.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until biscuits are golden.
