Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain fat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook until tender.
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper; simmer.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters and arrange over mixture.
