1 large onion

6 beef cube steaks

1 envelope reduced-sodium brown gravy mix
1 envelope mushroom gravy mix
1 envelope onion gravy mix
Hot mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles
Instructions
- Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and place sliced onions inside.
- Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper in a plastic bag. Coat steaks with mixture.
- Brown steaks in oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Transfer browned steaks to slow cooker, add water, and cook on Low for 8 hours.
- Whisk together gravy mixes with water and pour into slow cooker. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
