Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
2 full-size Hershey’s chocolate bars, broken into pieces
2 graham crackers, broken into pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until the dough forms.
- Fold in the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Press a piece of Hershey’s chocolate and a graham cracker piece into the top of each cookie.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the marshmallows are gooey.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
