Description

A creamy, spicy dip featuring tender shredded chicken and tangy buffalo sauce, perfect for game day or any gathering.


Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

1 tablespoon green onions, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1/2 of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, blue cheese crumbles (if using), and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (9×9 or similar size).
  5. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping.
