4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a food processor, pulse flour, butter, and salt until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add cold water, pulsing until the dough comes together. Press the dough into a pie dish and refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
