Ingredients
8 oz rice noodles or lo mein noodles

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 carrot, julienned
2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Cook Noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Make Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
- Cook Proteins:
- Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
