Description

These Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are no-bake, creamy, and fruity bites packed with wholesome ingredients like almond flour, oat flour, protein powder, and freeze-dried strawberries. Perfect for a quick snack, post-workout fuel, or a healthy treat.

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup oat flour

3 tablespoons cream cheese (dairy-free or regular)

2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

12 tablespoons almond milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, vanilla protein powder, oat flour, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add cream cheese, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix until a dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add almond milk one tablespoon at a time until the dough holds together.
  4. Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls using your hands.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes to firm up.

Notes

Use dairy-free cream cheese and maple syrup to make these vegan.

For a chocolate-strawberry twist, use chocolate protein powder.

Swap freeze-dried strawberries with raspberries for a flavor variation.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.

If dough is too dry, adjust with more almond milk as needed.
