Enjoy a refreshing and healthy treat with these Strawberry Mango Popsicles. Made with fresh strawberries and mangoes, these popsicles are naturally sweet and perfect for cooling down on a hot day. Easy to make and customizable, they’re a delicious way to enjoy fruit.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
2 cups fresh mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup coconut water or water
1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
Instructions
- Blend the Fruit:
- In a blender, combine chopped strawberries with 1/4 cup of coconut water or water. Blend until smooth. Add honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness.
- Pour the strawberry puree into a bowl and rinse the blender.
- Blend chopped mango with the remaining 1/4 cup of coconut water or water until smooth. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if needed.
- Layer the Popsicles:
- Pour a layer of strawberry puree into the bottom of each popsicle mold.
- Add a layer of mango puree on top of the strawberry layer.
- Repeat the layers until the molds are filled, finishing with a layer of mango puree.
- Insert Sticks and Freeze:
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Serve:
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
- Enjoy straight from the freezer.
Notes
For a different flavor, try adding a splash of lime juice or other fruits.
If using frozen fruit, thaw slightly before blending to ease processing.
