Description

If you’re looking for a rich, indulgent dessert that combines the creamy smoothness of cheesecake with the irresistible flavor of Nutella, look no further. This Strawberry Nutella Cheesecake is the ultimate treat, blending a chocolatey hazelnut layer with the freshness of juicy strawberries. Whether it’s a special occasion or just a craving for something sweet, this dessert is sure to impress.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup melted butter

2 cups cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

1/2 cup Nutella

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into a greased springform pan to form the crust. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Warm the Nutella in the microwave and spread it over the first cream cheese layer. Then top with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  6. Before serving, top with fresh strawberry slices. Enjoy!

Notes

To enhance the flavor, drizzle melted chocolate or Nutella over the cheesecake before serving.

You can substitute graham cracker crumbs with chocolate cookie crumbs for a richer base.

For best results, allow the cheesecake to chill overnight to fully set.
