Ingredients

Instructions
Make the Dough
- Cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate chips.
Assemble the Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll 2 tablespoons of dough into a ball, flatten slightly, and indent the center. Add a small dollop of jam, seal, and reshape into a ball.
- Place cookies on the sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Glaze and Decorate
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and pink food coloring in a small bowl.
