Description

This sugar cookie fudge combines the rich creaminess of fudge with the nostalgic flavors of sugar cookies. Perfect for holidays or special occasions, it’s easy to make, beautifully festive, and endlessly customizable. A crowd-pleaser that’s sweet, colorful, and irresistible!

Ingredients

Base:

14 oz (1 can) sweetened condensed milk

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Add-ins:

1 cup crushed sugar cookies (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup festive sprinkles (optional)

Topping:

Additional sprinkles (optional)

Crushed sugar cookie crumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan:
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang. Lightly grease it.
  2. Melt the Base:
In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Heat over low-medium, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and almond extracts.
  3. Incorporate Add-ins:
Fold in crushed sugar cookies and sprinkles gently to distribute evenly.
  4. Pour and Decorate:
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Top with additional sprinkles and crushed cookies for decoration.
  5. Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
  6. Slice and Serve:
Lift fudge from the pan using parchment paper. Slice into squares or rectangles with a warm, sharp knife.

Notes

Customize sprinkles for any occasion (e.g., red and green for Christmas, pastels for Easter).

For a spiced variation, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.

Veganize the recipe with dairy-free alternatives for sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate.
