Description

A tropical milkshake made with ripe mangoes, creamy coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, and a fizzy splash of club soda or sparkling water, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water

Ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)

Coconut flakes, for garnish (optional)

Mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped mango, coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, and honey or maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth.
  2. If you want a thicker milkshake, add ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Pour the milkshake into glasses, filling about 3/4 full.
  4. Top with a splash of club soda or sparkling water to create a fizzy, float-like effect.
  5. Garnish with coconut flakes and mint leaves, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing tropical flavors!

Notes

For a vegan version, use dairy-free vanilla ice cream and ensure the coconut milk is also dairy-free.

Feel free to try different fruits like pineapple or peach for a tropical twist.

If coconut milk isn’t available, substitute with almond or oat milk.

For extra thickness, add more ice cubes or an extra scoop of vanilla ice cream.

This milkshake is best served immediately for the fizzy effect, but can be stored in the freezer for up to a day.
