Ingredients
1 can (29 ounces) sliced peaches in syrup
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pour melted butter into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk.
- Pour batter over butter, do not stir.
- Distribute peach slices on top.
- Pour syrup over peaches.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
Fresh or frozen peaches can be substituted.
