Description

Ingredients

1 can (29 ounces) sliced peaches in syrup

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup white sugar

1 cup milk

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pour melted butter into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk.
  4. Pour batter over butter, do not stir.
  5. Distribute peach slices on top.
  6. Pour syrup over peaches.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
