Description

Creamy goat cheese and tangy cream cheese are mixed with honey, cinnamon, cranberries, and pecans to create these festive, no-bake Sweet & Nutty Cranberry Pecan Cheese Bites. Perfect for parties or holiday platters, they’re elegant, easy to make, and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

8 oz goat cheese, softened

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

2 tablespoons honey

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of sea salt

1/2 teaspoon orange zest (optional)

Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the honey, cinnamon, sea salt, and optional orange zest until well incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in half of the chopped cranberries and half of the chopped pecans.
  4. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll each cheese ball in the remaining cranberries and pecans until evenly coated.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
  7. Before serving, garnish the platter with fresh rosemary sprigs if desired.

Notes

For a nut-free version, roll the cheese balls in only cranberries or crushed pretzels.

These can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge.

Bring to room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving for the best texture.

Use plain log-style goat cheese for best results.
