Ingredients
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and cool slightly before serving. Optionally, garnish with red pepper flakes for extra spice.
