Description

This Best Spinach Artichoke Dip is a creamy, cheesy appetizer packed with spinach, artichokes, and a perfect blend of Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Baked to golden perfection, this dip is ideal for parties, game days, or any occasion. It’s a crowd-pleaser that’s simple to prepare and full of flavor!

Ingredients

1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool slightly before serving. Optionally, garnish with red pepper flakes for extra spice.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

Make-Ahead Tip: Assemble the dip a day ahead and refrigerate it. Bake when ready to serve.

Flavor Variations: Add more garlic powder or crushed red pepper flakes for extra flavor. For a tangier dip, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.

Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
