Ingredients
For the Crust:
3 cups (about 300 grams) Oreo cookie crumbs
8 tablespoons (115 grams) unsalted butter, melted
For the Cream Cheese Layer:

½ cup (60 grams) powdered sugar
8 ounces (225 grams) whipped topping, thawed
For the Chocolate Pudding Layer:
1 package (5.9 ounces or 167 grams) instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups (720 ml) cold milk
For the Topping:
½ cup (120 ml) caramel sauce
¼ cup (60 ml) chocolate syrup
1 cup (120 grams) chopped pecans
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
Combine Oreo crumbs with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press into a 13×9-inch baking dish and freeze for 20 minutes. - Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 8 ounces of whipped topping. Spread evenly over the crust. - Prepare the Chocolate Pudding Layer:
Whisk pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes. Let thicken for 2-3 minutes, then spread over the cream cheese layer. - Add the Topping:
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer. Drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate syrup, then sprinkle with chopped pecans. - Chill and Serve:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice and serve chilled.
