Description

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

8 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, roughly chopped

4 large eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease the pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl until hot and bubbling. Add chopped chocolate and whisk until smooth. Microwave briefly if needed to fully melt.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add salt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth and fully combined.
