1 cup rolled oats

1/3 cup coconut oil or vegan butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil (or vegan butter), brown sugar, applesauce, and vanilla extract until smooth.
