Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or grease it well.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

- Fold in the caramel sauce, leaving visible swirls in the batter.
- Divide the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups.
- Sprinkle the tops with brown sugar to create a caramelized crust.

- Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Drizzle with warm caramel sauce before serving, if desired.
