Description

Ingredients

8 oz feta cheese (crumbled)

4 oz cream cheese (softened)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 garlic clove (minced)

1 tsp honey (optional)

Fresh parsley or dill (chopped, for garnish)

Salt and pepper (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Add feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and honey to a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
