Description

This White Chocolate-Strawberry Tiramisu is a decadent twist on the traditional Italian dessert, featuring creamy mascarpone, luscious white chocolate, and juicy strawberries layered with ladyfingers soaked in orange juice. It’s a perfect dessert for any occasion, from holidays to birthdays, offering a sweet and tangy flavor balance. A final drizzle of chocolate syrup adds a touch of elegance to this light yet indulgent treat.

Ingredients

2 cups heavy whipping cream

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup (4 oz) mascarpone cheese

9 oz white baking chocolate, melted and cooled

1 cup confectioners’ sugar, divided

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 packages (3 oz each) ladyfingers, split

⅔ cup orange juice

4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Whipped Cream: Whip heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Make the Creamy Mixture: Beat cream cheese and mascarpone until fluffy. Add melted white chocolate, ½ cup confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  3. Layer the Tiramisu: Brush half of the ladyfingers with half of the orange juice and arrange them in a 13×9-inch dish. Spread half of the cream mixture over them, followed by half of the sliced strawberries.
  4. Add the Second Layer: Brush the remaining ladyfingers with the rest of the orange juice and place them over the strawberries. Mix the remaining ½ cup confectioners’ sugar into the remaining cream mixture, then fold in the remaining whipped cream. Spread evenly over the second layer.
  5. Top & Chill: Top with the remaining strawberries and cover the dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve: Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving, if desired.

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Substitutions: If you don’t have ladyfingers, sponge cake or vanilla cake can be used. For a boozy kick, substitute orange juice with rum or amaretto.
