Ingredients

For the Salad:

1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

For the Vinaigrette:

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions
