1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until light and slightly frothy.
- Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil to the eggs and mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of dried oregano, basil, or Italian seasoning.
Mix in a small amount of shredded Parmesan or mozzarella for a cheesier loaf.
Omit garlic and onion powder for a more neutral flavor suitable for breakfast.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Freeze sliced bread with parchment paper between slices for up to 2 months.
Reheat slices in a toaster or warm oven to restore texture.
Use thick Greek yogurt for best structure and texture.
