Ingredients

9 lasagna noodles

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook lasagna noodles to al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. Mix chicken, ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread chicken mixture on noodles, roll them up, and place seam side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour Alfredo sauce over rolls, top with remaining cheeses.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil, bake for 10 more minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
