Ingredients
9 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook lasagna noodles to al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Mix chicken, ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread chicken mixture on noodles, roll them up, and place seam side down in a baking dish.
- Pour Alfredo sauce over rolls, top with remaining cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil, bake for 10 more minutes.
