Ingredients
1/2 lb ground pork π

One tablespoon oyster sauce π

1/2 cup shredded cabbage π₯¬
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions π±
1 package wonton wrappers (about 40) π
6 cups chicken broth π²
2 cups baby bok choy, chopped π₯¦
Salt and pepper to taste π§

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, shredded cabbage, and chopped green onions. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half to form a triangle, and press the edges to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling. ππ
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and add the filled wontons. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the wontons float to the top and are cooked through. π²π
- Add the chopped baby bok choy to the pot and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the bok choy is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. π₯¦π§
